BMG - New Model Update
14 Apr 2007

In the very near future, we are hoping to produce a Brian May Guitar to bridge the gap between the standard model and the Andrew Guyton model.

In response to demand from many guitarists, this guitar will be of a closer spec to the original Red Special than the standard model, and therefore retailing between £1500 - £2500. Be sure to wait for this high quality instrument, approved by Brian, Greg Fryer, Andrew Guyton, Pete Malandrone and Barry Moorhouse, using data gathered from the priceless ’Old Girl’, and beware of un-official copies (you know who you are) made using guess work, hear-say and a crystal ball.

The long awaited Brian May Acoustic should be with us within the next 3-4 months. Various design ammendments and manufacturing tweaks have been delaying the availability of this guitar, for which, we apologise, but hey….we just want to get it right!

A Treble booster, based on Brian’s preferred ‘Fryer Touring’ pedal is also nearing a point where they will be available, in a similar spec, to the boosters the London ‘We Will Rock You’ guitarists have been using. This unit includes an on/off stomp switch with LED indication, level control and removable battery compartment.

Greg Fryer has been working closely over the last few years with not only Brian, but with ‘We Will Rock You’ productions worldwide, and has designed various effects pedals, some of which are used in the shows. In the near future, he is planning to have available, a series of these pedals, which will be hand made in the UK, to premium quality. The pedals are not only suited for Brian May enthusiasts, but will encompass a much wider range of guitar sounds and styles. An exact replica ‘Deacy’ amp ( when we say exact, we mean thousands of man hours, blood, tears, hair pulling out, gouging, biting and much stamping of feet) will soon be available, again, hand made in the UK to a premium standard.

As we go on, we are hoping to add many Brian May guitar accessories. T-shirts, straps, picks….and all the usual stuff we know and love.

Happy Rocking!
