The boys lost 4-1 on Saturday thanks to some sketchy refereeing decisions, one goal that didn't cross the line, and a blatant handball.

Nevertheless, we were pleased with the effort and they are definitely 'getting it'. We will no doubt get some hammerings this season against more experienced sides, but as long as we learn
every week, that's all we can ask !!!

Great performances from all the lads. Alex looks more like a goalkeeper with every game, George was much more like it in defence, and Kieron was man of the match for his well taken goal and tireless running.

This week, we will be trying less training and more sweets.
